BEGINNER: LEVEL 1.0 - 2.5
Perfect for those new to pickleball or looking to build foundational skills. Focus on drills & fundamentals

*Beginner Level 2 for returning beginners who have taken at least one prior class and aren’t quite ready to advance to intermediate play. Mix of advanced drills & live play.

Players will:

• Learn the universal pickleball grip.

• Practice proper technique for forehand and backhand groundstrokes, volleys, and serves.

• Understand the rules of the game and court positioning.

• Classes may conclude with supervised point play to reinforce skills and build confidence when players are ready.
  
  —1.0-2.0 Skill Rating: This player is just starting to play pickleball and has no other sports background. They will need to learn the rules of the game.
  —2.5 Skill Rating: This player is a novice and can keep up in a rally with players of equal skill levels but will have trouble scoring points consistently.
